Rahdert Law has been a fixture in the St. Petersburg legal community for more than 35 years. Founded in 1976 by Senior Partner George K. Rahdert, Rahdert Law has gained a reputation for excellence in a broad range of practice areas.
Known largely for its groundbreaking work in representing the press and media, Rahdert Law is nationally recognized for its representation of the Tampa Bay Times, formerly the St. Petersburg Times, and other media organizations.
Throughout its history, Rahdert Law has been a leader not only in media law, but also in real estate, disability law, and commercial litigation.
A small law firm with big ideals, we strive to meet the challenges of the ever-evolving legal world and to ensure that our clients are prepared to tackle the problems of tomorrow.
We are located in the historic Alexander Building on Central Avenue, just two blocks from the downtown St. Petersburg courthouse. The firm purchased the former Alexander hotel in 1990 and undertook extensive renovations to restore this architectural gem to its former glory and gain a place on the National Register of Historic Places. Today, the Alexander Building represents Rahdert Law’s long-standing commitment to the community, the integrity of our city, and our dedication to preserving client relationships.
