George Rahdert’s practice emphasizes the efficient and successful completion of his
clients’ real estate and business transactions, and prompt, successful resolution of litigation. Mr.
Rahdert brings extensive entrepreneurial and corporate board experience to bear in pursuing this
results-oriented approach to the practice of law.

Following graduation from Duke University and Yale Law School, he clerked for the
United State Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Mr. Rahdert engaged in an extensive appellate
practice including winning two landmark cases in the United States Supreme Court, Nassau
County School Board v. Arline and Florida Star v. BJF. Over the years he has litigated commercial
and constitutional matters, instilling a broad understanding of the business risks and delays arising
from litigation.

In his transactional practice Mr. Rahdert brings to bear a first-hand understanding of the
impact of litigation in order to avoid litigation pitfalls when formulating a transaction. As an
entrepreneur himself with extensive real estate development experience, his practice focuses on
the value of time, the overarching goal of “reaching the finish line,” and the importance of
successfully closing transactions in a way that minimizes loose ends which could result in
unnecessary post-closing disputes.

From the outset of his career Mr. Rahdert also recognized that estate planning and probate
are cornerstone elements of law practice in the community, and should be integrated with a client’s
business commercial, and investment endeavors. Therefore, these areas of practice have always
been an emphasis of the law firm.

Mr. Rahdert’s current practice focuses on the successful completion of real estate and
corporate transactions, real estate and commercial litigation, and estate planning and probate.
